Help Needed

For about 5 days now, I have been unable to read my messages on sbcglobal.net email. When I open up the email, any email, the header is on the message and the body of the email where the message should be is completely blank. I updated and ran several times all of my antispy and antivirus. Still nothing. Has this occurred to anybody else and if so what did you do?

If it has not happened to anyone, do any of you gurus out there no how to solve the problem and fix this.

Never heard of that before. Is it webmail? If so, what browser are you using (do you have another one that you can try?).

I've never used SBC, so I don't have any idea how their email is set up.

I have tried it on Yahoo and Earthlink. Works on neither. My email is available to be read on other computers, just not mine. Started on Thursday. Very frustrating as I have literally spent hours trying to fix this. Called SBCGLOBAL and they said it is not their problem. They said it is in the hardware. I got the 800 number to HP which I will be calling tomorrow. Antispy and Antivirus comes up with nothing. I am at a loss right now on this issue.

HP won't be any help-it's definitely not a hardware issue.

Are you using IE? What version? You could try repairing it through control panel\add remove programs or upgrading it if you are on IE6(that most likely will fix it, but IE 7 is fairly new, so it may be a little buggy).

Try holding down the left mouse button and drag across the body of the e-mail where text would be. If the text highlights you will know that some how your font color has changed. Make it black if it has.
Happened to me once this fixed it.
